Zeus Vs Hades

Zeus is god of the sky and lightning. He is a giant of immense power. He is more powerful than all Olympian gods together.

Hades is the Greek god of the underworld. He is the god of the underworld. He is the brother of Zeus and Poseidon. He is feared due to his ties to death and his violent personality.

Hades

Hades is the god who reigns over the underworld. He is the supreme god over all things that are dead. He is the eldest of the Big Three, and perhaps the strongest. It could be a close battle between Hades and Zeus. Hades would easily beat Zeus in the sky, but Zeus would be defeated in the underworld.

Hades was the son of Kronos and Rhea. He is most famously known for his abduction of Persephone who was the daughter of Demeter. This event is what gives the Greeks their mythology of the Underworld. This event also gave them the mythology of Hades as the god of the Dead.

After the Titan War, the gods were given the chance to draw lots of their domains. Zeus was awarded the sky, Poseidon got water, and Hades was awarded earth and everything below it. The Olympians, who were hedonists would not like to have anything to do with the death. They were not averse to being close to or even touch dead bodies. Hades was required to deal each day with all the dead corpses. He is also the only god who actually does work. Other gods relax or play with their pets all day long.

This caused Hades to become more associated with work than other gods. The Olympians looked down on him for that. But he had to perform his job regardless. This is why the Olympians did not like him as much. He is also the only god with an army of the dead at his disposal. He is also a master of the trident.
