The XL Air is a very impressive buggy. It's easy to comprehend why it's earned such high marks from customers. It's incredibly light - both the chassis and wheels weigh just 6.5kg and it's easy to build. In fact I was able to get the whole thing up and running in just five minutes, which is amazing considering that it also included attaching the fabric for the carrycot!

It has a comfortable, wide seat that was comfortable for Annie (who is 12 months) and the recline lever is easy to use. There's a good amount of space in the basket too, and I love the fact that it has a zip-up pocket in the handle bar so that you can keep your keys and phone safe!

The only slight downside is that the handlebar is quite low, which could be an issue for parents who are taller. However, it's coated in a gorgeous leather-like material that is soft and comfortable and cleans down easily, so it's still a breeze to push with bags and children on your hands!

Hauck Pushchair Runner

The Runner is a great choice for parents who enjoy exploring and are always on the move. Its large pneumatic wheels were designed to be used on forest and field paths and the front 3 wheel pushchair with car seat can be rotated and locked to give you more flexibility. The stroller also features 5-point safety harness with a front bar that keeps your child secure on all journeys. The parking brake will keep the stroller in place as you take a break. The comfortable seat is easy to adjust down to a lying position, and the canopy opens to reveal to allow for maximum air circulation on hot days. The handle can be adjusted by more than 30cm to accommodate mom or dad.

It's the latest and most expensive addition to their bargain lightweight stroller line. It as with the Ickle Bubba Aurora and Yoyo it's car seat-compatible so that you can use it from the beginning (the carrycot folds away).

The new Pace comes with some amazing design features such as a rose-gold shade on the chassis, hood and stroller trims that really distinguish it from. The cream, grey, and tan fabrics on the stroller and the car seat are fashionable and there's an option to add an coordinating handle for the cover and bumper bar as well.

It's suitable for babies up to a maximum weight of 22kg and the stroller seat easily converts from a carrycot to the 2-in-1 reversible mode. It can be parent-facing or world-facing. The stroller seat has several lie-back positions, plus soft padded legs rests, and an extended sun canopy with zip-off sections that are concealed and a transparent flap, and retractable visor.

What's more, when it's folded it's Pace measures up at 56 33 x 43 x 32cm, which means it passes for hand luggage with Easyjet and Ryanair, among others. It's also easy to collapse, with two buttons on the handlebar's opposite side that just need to be pressed in and then pop out.

The fabric of the seat is machine washable, and the frame and faux leather grips are easy to clean. It's also quieter than many pushchairs and I felt confident using it on busy city streets. Another benefit is that it incorporates accessory points. This means you can add footmuffs, parasols, changing bags, and even a tray for snacks. The hood can be used to block out the elements of wind and rain, but it's not waterproof. The single pram can be fitted with the Comfort Wheeled Board (not included) that gives your child more leg room. The bassinet took about 20 minutes to put together and it took the same amount of time to transform it into a seat.
