Three Wheeled Buggies

Fortunately, the majority of models come with small folding options that allow you to take off the front wheels to create more compact storage.

Easy to manoeuvre

One of the primary benefits of a three-wheel buggy is that it is much easier to maneuver especially with a child on the way. The way they are constructed means that the front wheels spin at a whim and are incredibly easy to manoeuvre which makes them perfect for difficult terrains like cobbles, parks or bumpy pavements, as well as dirt tracks.

MFM reviewer Kath tried a 3-wheeler with her toddler. she reported: "The Terrain is a joy to maneuver on uneven terrain. The swivel wheel in the front was particularly helpful." I was also impressed with how well it dealt with kerbs using the hand-operated break. It was very stable going downhill or on a rough terrain."

The only downside of this great maneuverability is that the 3 wheel buggy's bigger wheels sometimes mean that it will be difficult to maneuver in tight spaces - something to be aware of when you live in a urban region. If this is an issue then a 4-wheeler might be a better choice for you.
