Kin Yat is responsible for keeping and archiving all documentation indicating compliance of its third-party suppliers to the Material Declaration Requirements.

4.2.2 Kin Yat will monitor and report to iRobot monthly the percentage of Orders for purchase that are delivered on time. This is based on iRobot’s definition of "on-time", which includes shipping the components, materials, and products ordered by iRobot for delivery within the Lead Time, and any shipping dates that are required that are specified in the relevant Product specifications. Kin Yat shall also maintain the records and documentation of all Supplier Quality Assurance activities, evaluations and tests.
