World of Warcraft Upgrades and Item Upgrading

Upgrades can boost the value of certain numeric statistics on armor, weapons and rings. They also increase bonuses, such as PvE damage and crit chance.

For example, a weapon with the upgrade template ending in % will suffer 3damage to attack each time it upgrades (relative to its previous value).

The cost of upgrading an item is determined by the item's level. The cost increases as the level of the item increases.

Components

Upgrade components can be added to trinkets, armor, and weapons in order to provide them with a boost in stats or add a bonus effect. These can be obtained through crafting, purchasing from vendors trading, or looting. Certain upgrades also come with specific cosmetic effects.

Upgrade components can only be applied to equipment that has a slot. The item upgrader kit must be at least upgraded to blue before the component can be applied. Upgrade components, unlike other modifications, can only be applied once. They are not able to be replaced or applied several times. Infusions and enrichments are a particular kind of upgrade component that is designed for non-amulet ascended and legendary equipment, as well as some of the back items that are not ascending. Infusions and enrichments can be retrieved by salvaging gear from the ascended, or by completing an elite mission in the Prophecies, Factions and Nightfall campaigns.

A boost upgrade is a way to modify the attack or defense attributes of a weapon or armor. These upgrades can be made from the Portative Forging Station once the player completes the cutscene and defeats the Crazed Mechanical. They can be dropped by enemies while upgrading other gear, or by buying them in the cash shop for 500 upgrade crystals per.

Each upgrade increases the likelihood that a better-quality version of the item will be dropped at the next reset. This gives players a reason to upgrade their equipment even if they are unsure how much it will be improved after a reset.

The process of upgrading an item can be expensive and it's possible that the item will eventually become obsolete or even break in the event that the upgrade fails. Upgrade Crystals and assist powder are also destroyed if the upgrade fails. Cash shop items can be used to decrease or eliminate the risk of failure. Some upgrades also give a bonus if they are reinserted.

Glyphs

Glyphs are upgrade components that can be inserted into special sockets on the Paragon Board. Glyphs boost the power of nodes within a radius, and include any pre-existing affixes. Glyphs are upgraded in various ways, and we recommend getting them up to level 15 as soon as you can.

It is commonplace to see in the endgame that putting Glyphs is the most effective way to upgrade your equipment. They are the only upgrade components that can be upgraded to level 15 and provide a significant boost to your power on the Paragon Board.

The majority of upgrades in the game can be replaced however, Glyphs are only the one upgrade component that can be removed and put back in place without restriction. Only legendary equipment can be salvaged and rebuilt with the help of a Black Lion Salvage Kit.

The value of each Glyph is displayed when you select it in your inventory. You can replace it with an Glyph that is the same or higher rank to increase the value of the Glyph.

You can find Glyphs in the Black Lion Trading Post, as part of the Gem Store purchase or bundle with certain gathering tools that are unlimited-use and also through Faction Crypt raids. Each Faction Crypt can drop one of these Glyphs. There are some rare glyphs which you can find in any of the Faction Crypts.

Leveling

The Item Upgrade (Http://Daoqiao.Net/) system allows players to increase the power of certain items by adding upgraded components. This is known as "upping". Each upgradeable item has a level that determines the final stats. Upgraded items can be leveled up to a maximum of 385. Each level requires a different amount of components and the cost of upgrading increase as the item is leveled up.

Some upgrades require an ingredient to be activated. This ingredient is obtained from completing Upgrade Recipes. These recipes are available in the upgrade tab of a crafting table, or purchased from some NPCs. Each Upgrade Recipe that is completed yields a certain number of Technology points. These points can be used to level up the item. Once enough points are earned, the upgrade can be claimed and any additional bonuses will be added to the item.

When a player improves the equipment they have the original item will be replaced by the new item. The same armor will receive an weapon or shield when upgraded. The new item will come with a bonus of its own. This can be a disadvantage in that it could make the item more expensive if you do not require it.

Item upgrades can sometimes be rerolled, provided that the player has enough tokens in order to do so. This causes the item upgrader kit to be traded for a new one, which will have an initial level and a totally different set of bonuses. This is a good idea, but shouldn't be done often as it can waste resources.

Certain upgrades can be rerolled several times to increase their value, allowing the player to customize their equipment. One example is Dolphin's Gift, which gives a buff when the player is repeatedly in and out of the water (or does not swim as dolphins). This item can be upgraded many times, increasing the maximum roll each time by 10 increments. This item is extremely important in PvP. A properly rolled version could be worth up to 50x the value of a non-upgraded counterpart.

Requirements

The ability to upgrade items allows players to boost the level of their equippable equipment - weapons, armor, and trinkets above ilvl 385--by offering the appropriate items and currencies to an item upgrader NPC. Upgrades to armor set pieces improve the strength of their base defense and upgrades to weapon items increase the damage they deal as well as the required strength and dexterity.

All items can be upgraded up to five times, except for hero equipment, which can be upgraded eight times. Each time you upgrade an object, it has a chance of failing. The probability of failure increases when you exceed the maximum number. The amount of resources required to upgrade an item is determined by its rarity rating and upgrade slot count. The cost for upgrading non-premium products is equal to the base value of the upgrade item. For instance, a standard equipment item may have five upgrades at a cost of 25,600 Technology Points and a 4x Quality Improvement Chance. Hero grade items will come with a much lower cost for each additional upgrade.

Premium items could require different upgrades than regular gear. For example they might require fewer sowels, but more minerals and orons. Whatever the case, players must visit the NPC [ArmorBoboko in Central Flarine. Boboko in Central Flarine with each piece of equipment they want to upgrade. Each upgrade to equipment requires different amounts of the ingredients needed to upgrade, in addition to the cost that are listed above.
